Parallel blade shears
The two cutting edges of the parallel blade shears are parallel to each other, and it is usually used to cut square and rectangular sections of billets transversally under hot conditions. It can also be used for cold cutting profiles, and the blade is made into a formed cutting edge to cut the rolling of non-rectangular sections.
According to the movement characteristics of the shearing mechanism, the parallel blade shearing machine is divided into two types: top cutting type and bottom cutting type.
The lower cutting edge of the upper cutting shears is fixed; The cutting is carried out by the up and down movement of the upper cutting edge. Its shear mechanism is usually used: crank connecting rod mechanism.
The two cutting edges of the cutting machine are moving, and the cutting process is realized by the rising of the cutting edge. The shearing mechanism usually has eccentric shaft type and floating type.

Oblique blade shears

Upcut oblique blade scissors
The lower cutting edge of this shear is straight and fixed, and the upper cutting edge is inclined and moves up and down to achieve cutting. When the thickness of the plate is greater than 20 mm, it can be used to cross cut the plate on a continuous line, but there is a swinging roller table, in addition, when the thickness of the plate is greater than 25 mm and cannot be cut with a disk, it is set on both sides of the continuous line to cut the edge.
Undercut oblique blade scissors
The upper cutting edge of the shears is fixed, and the lower cutting edge moves up and down to cut. Because it is the downward cutting edge to move upward to shear, it is not necessary to set the swing roller table, and it is generally used for crosscutting strips on continuous working lines. The cutting edge of this shearing machine is usually inclined in the upper cutting edge and horizontal in the lower cutting edge. However, recently, the upper cutting edge is horizontal, and the lower cutting edge is tilted more and more. Production experience has proved that this type can ensure the perpendicularity of the shear plane relative to the strip center line and the surface. The disadvantage is that the structure is complicated due to the pressure plate to be placed below.
Compound oblique blade scissors
At the tail end of the continuous line, in order to divide the long strips originally welded together into coils of a certain weight, a compound oblique cutting machine is provided. This kind of shear has a fixed double-blade tool holder in the middle, and an active tool holder above and below, also known as the upper and lower double-layer inclined blade shear machine. When the strip passes through the upper part of the fixed double-edge tool holder, the strip is picked up by the L-number coiler. When it is necessary to split the coil, the upper movable tool holder is lowered to cut the strip, and the rear strip is picked up by another coiler through the lower part of the fixed double-edge tool holder.
Disc shears
The upper and lower cutting edges of the shears are disc shaped. When cutting, the disk knife moves in a circle at a speed equal to that of the rolling piece, forming a pair of scissors with endless points. Disc shears are usually set on the cutting line of the sheet or strip to shear the moving sheet or strip lengthwise.
Crocodile shears
