Shearing Machine Precautions

(1) Without learning, do not understand the machine structure, performance and operating procedures shall not start the machine without authorization.
(2) Each lubrication place of the machine should be filled with lubricating oil at least once per shift according to the requirements.
(3) Add the hydraulic oil in the tank, should strictly use high-quality anti-wear hydraulic oil, must be strictly filtered, and should always maintain sufficient oil, insufficient should be immediately filled with oil.
(4) The tank should be cleaned and replaced with new oil once every six months, but the first cleaning of the filter oil should not exceed one month, and the new oil used once is allowed to be used again after strict filtration.
(5) When there is a serious oil leak or abnormal phenomenon in the work, it should be stopped immediately, analyze the cause and eliminate the fault, and shall not be forced to run with illness.
(6) When the machine is running or packing, it is not allowed to repair or touch the moving parts with hands, and it is strictly prohibited to press materials in the material box with hands or feet.
(7) When the pump, valve, pressure gauge is adjusted, it must be carried out by experienced technical workers. If the pressure gauge is found to be faulty, it should be checked or updated immediately.
