Hydraulic Baler Work Flow

1. Check if the appearance of the equipment is abnormal and if there are safety hazards around it (long pole items or other foreign objects are prohibited from being placed near the machine). After confirming normal operation, turn on the load switch of the electric control box, turn the key switch to the open gear, release the pop-up emergency stop button, and the power indicator light of the electric control box will light up.
2. Place a large piece of paper at the bottom of the machine, close the upper and lower iron doors, and rotate the lower door fastener to firmly lock the door. (Be sure to lock the door tightly until the end, because the internal pressure of the machine is high and the lock is not tight. If there is a gap in the door, it will cause the safety protection sensor to act, and the machine will stop protection work.).
3. Press the down button to lower the pressure head to the bottom and automatically rise to the upper position to stop the machine. Press once to reset the packaging chain on the pressure head.
4. Open the upper iron door and evenly place the material into the machine until it is full, and close the upper iron door (be sure to close it in place, otherwise the safety photoelectric detection sensor on the door will act and the machine will not start).
5. Press the down button, the pressure head will go down, and when pressed to the bottom, it will automatically rise back to the top and stop.
6. Repeat operations 4-5 until the alarm on the electric control box sounds, indicating that the set packaging height has been reached. At this point, the pressure head presses the paper package and stops the machine (if the packaging height does not need to be set and it needs to be bundled in advance, press and hold the down button for 2 seconds. At this time, the machine starts, and the pressure head presses the paper package and stops the machine. Continue with the next step of operation).
7. Open the upper and lower doors, pass a piece of iron wire or plastic rope at both ends through the pressure head and the corresponding threading slot at the bottom from the rear of the machine, and expose the two exposed thread ends from the front of the machine. Tie the knots on the two exposed thread ends at the front of the machine (due to the expansion of the package, the thread should not be too tight, leaving a certain margin to prevent breakage), thread all the threads according to the above method, and tie the knots.
8. Place a tray in front of the machine. Take out the packaging chain at the rear of the machine and place it in the packaging card slot on the pressure head.
9. Check if there are any people or foreign objects at the packaging location to confirm safety.
