Hydraulic Baler Precautions

The correct use of machinery and equipment, careful implementation of maintenance system and strict compliance with safe operation procedures are necessary conditions to extend the service life of the machine, improve production efficiency and ensure safe production. To this end, it is recommended that users establish maintenance and safe operation procedures, operators should be familiar with the machine structure and operating procedures, but also must pay attention to the following points:
(1) To add the hydraulic oil in the tank, high-quality anti-wear hydraulic oil should be strictly used, which must be strictly filtered, and sufficient oil should always be maintained, and the oil should be immediately filled when insufficient.
(2) The tank should be cleaned and replaced with new oil once every six months, but the first cleaning of the filter oil should not exceed one month, and the new oil used once is allowed to be used again after strict filtration.
(3) Each lubrication place of the machine should be filled with lubricating oil at least once per shift according to the requirements.
(4) The debris in the material box should be cleaned in time.
(5) Without learning, do not understand the machine structure, performance and operating procedures shall not start the machine without authorization.
(6) When the machine has a relatively serious oil leak or abnormal phenomenon occurs during work, it should immediately stop operation to analyze the cause and troubleshoot the fault, and it should not be forced to run with illness.
(7) During the operation of the machine, it is not allowed to repair or contact the moving parts, and it is strictly prohibited to press materials in the material box with hands or feet.
(8) When the pump, valve, pressure gauge is adjusted, it must be carried out by experienced technical workers, if the pressure gauge is found to be faulty, it should be checked or updated immediately.
(9) The user should formulate detailed maintenance and safety operating procedures according to the specific situation.
