What is the difference between a horizontal hydraulic packaging machine and a vertical one

Hydraulic packaging machines are packaging machines that use hydraulic systems to package metal scraps, waste paper, etc. According to their different structures, they can be divided into two types: horizontal hydraulic packaging machines and vertical hydraulic packaging machines. Both of these are hydraulic packaging machines, with the main differences in the following aspects:
1. Different floor areas
Horizontal hydraulic packaging machines occupy a large area, with small horizontal hydraulic packaging machines occupying an area of about 5 square meters, while vertical hydraulic packaging machines occupy an area of about 1 square meter.
2. Different packaging quantities
A vertical hydraulic packaging machine can pack 3-5 tons per day, and a horizontal hydraulic packaging machine can pack at least 20-30 tons per day.
3. Different number of employees
The horizontal hydraulic packaging machine has a conveyor belt, which is used to push materials onto the conveyor belt with a broom or forklift to complete loading, and then operated by a remote control. Only one person is needed to operate it; The vertical hydraulic packaging machine does not have a conveyor belt and requires workers to feed from the feeding port. The manual labor force during long-term feeding decreases, which affects the packaging efficiency and requires multiple people to feed.
