Waste paper packaging machines are generally hydraulic packaging machines. During use, there may be situations where waste paper packaging is not formed or not tightly packed, which is caused by insufficient pressure in the packaging machine. There are many reasons for insufficient pressure in the hydraulic waste paper packaging machine, including:
1. Damaged sealing ring
The oil inlet and outlet of the waste paper hydraulic packaging machine should be well sealed, and there should be no leakage or air entering. If there is air entering, the sealing part can be coated with butter to see if the noise of the oil pump is reduced to determine whether there is still air entering. Check again if there is any oil leakage at the connection of the oil pipe. The inspection method is to remove the oil pipe in the lower chamber, take a bucket to catch the oil pipe, and press down to see if there is a lot of oil coming out of the lower chamber. If there is oil, it means the sealing ring is broken.
2. Hydraulic control valve malfunction
(1) During the working process, if it is found that the pressure does not rise or fall, it is likely that the directional valve is malfunctioning, causing the system to continuously unload or maintain high pressure.
(2) The damping hole of the overflow valve is blocked, there are burrs on the main valve core, and there is dirt between the valve core and the valve hole and gap, which may cause the main valve core to get stuck in the fully open position. The hydraulic oil output from the hydraulic pump directly returns to the oil tank through the overflow valve, and the pressure oil circuit is short circuited with the return oil circuit, resulting in no pressure in the system; If the above burrs or dirt jam the main valve core in the closed position, there may be a phenomenon of continuous high system pressure that cannot be lowered; When the valve core of the overflow valve or directional valve is stuck, the valve core action is not flexible, and the executing components may have occasional actions or no actions. When detecting system pressure, the pressure is unstable.
(3) For systems with one-way valves, if the direction of the one-way valve is reversed, it may also cause the system pressure to not rise.
(4) Leakage inside and outside the system, such as severe leakage between the valve core and valve body hole, can also cause the system pressure to not rise.
3. There is a problem with the oil pump
Check if the oil pump is working properly and if there is any abnormal noise. If there is any abnormal noise, it indicates that there is a problem with the oil pump.
4. Pressure source without pressure
Check if there is pressure in the pressure source of the door opening cylinder, and then check if the solenoid valve is powered on. If it is powered on, it may be a problem with the overflow valve or pump. If it is not powered on, it may be due to electrical reasons. Check if the intermediate relay or wire has fallen off. Also check if the motor power is insufficient, as insufficient power can cause the speed to be too low.
5. There is a problem with the oil cylinder
Check if there is a problem with the oil cylinder itself. If the lever range of the spare parts exceeds the original hydraulic cylinder and cannot be controlled easily, you can add a cushion block to the piston inside the cylinder while the external size remains unchanged, adjust the pressure of the overflow valve, and adjust the pressure to 20Mpa. Pay attention to any changes in the oil gauge and do not overpressure.
6. Poor hydraulic oil quality
Also, check whether the quality of the hydraulic oil is qualified. If it is not qualified, it not only pollutes the environment, but also blocks the oil filter, causing the fluid flow channel to be too small and the viscosity of the oil to be too high, resulting in the inability to absorb oil.
