Installation and testing of metal crusher

1. The fixed operation of the crusher should be fixed on the cement foundation. If the workplace is frequently changed, the crusher and motor should be installed on a frame made of angle iron. If the crusher is powered by a diesel engine, the power of the two should be matched, that is, the power of the diesel engine is slightly greater than the power of the crusher, and the pulley grooves of the two should be consistent. The outer end face of the pulley should be on the same plane.
2. Before starting the machine, it is necessary to check whether the connecting bolts of each part of the unit are tightened, whether the tightness of the transmission belt is appropriate, and whether the power cord is in good condition. Is the motor shaft parallel to the crusher shaft.
3. Check if the hammer is in good condition, if the aperture of the sieve is suitable, and if there is any damage. Drag the belt by hand to check if the spindle rotates flexibly and if there are any signs of jamming, collision, or friction.
4. After starting the machine, let the equipment idle for 2-3 minutes to check if the rotor rotates correctly and if the sound is normal. Only after stable rotation at rated speed can it operate.
5. During work, it is necessary to pay attention to the operation of the crusher at all times, and the feeding should be uniform to prevent blockages and overloading of the vehicle. If vibration, noise, excessive temperature between bearings and the body, or spraying of materials are found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting before continuing work.
6. The crushed materials should be carefully inspected and should not be mixed with foreign objects such as stones or metals to avoid damaging the machine.
7. When the machine is running, operators are not allowed to leave the unit, nor are they allowed to dismantle the machine and observe the working conditions in the crushing room during operation. Maintenance tools are not allowed to be placed on the machine or packing.
8. Operators should not wear gloves. When blockage occurs, it is strictly prohibited to reach into the filling hopper. When feeding, they should stand on the side of the crusher to prevent rebound debris from damaging their face.
