Common fault analysis of vertical hydraulic baler

l The machine is not working, but the pump is still running
The direction of rotation of the motor is reversed. Check the rotation direction of the motor;
The voltage of the motor is too low to operate properly under the existing load. Check the voltage;
l Check whether the hydraulic line has hoses leaking or trapped;
Check pump coupling to ensure that the keyway does not leave the pump shaft;
Check whether the hydraulic oil in the tank is enough (the liquid level should be more than 1/2 of the volume of the tank);
The suction filter or top vent cover of the tank may be blocked;
l Check whether the suction line device is loose, whether there is a capillary crack in the suction port of the pump, the suction line should always have oil and no bubbles;
