Heavy-duty hydraulic shears are suitable for compressing and cutting thin & light materials, production and living scrap steel, light metal structural parts, scrap car body, wheel hub, old home alliances, plastic non-ferrous metals(stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper, etc), or used to compress and bale the above mentioned materials.

The gantry shear is composed of a frame, a hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic power system and an electrical system. In the working principle, it passes through the automatic feeding bin, that is, after the material is grabbed to the loading bin, the scrap is automatically sent to the knife edge by the conveyor belt.The feeding speed can be adjusted by the speed regulating motor.

There are side extrusion cylinders on both sides of the bin. Large scraps such as scrapped cars cannot be cut by the gantry shears. The scrap can be squeezed and reduced by the side squeeze cylinders, and then sent to the cutting edge through the conveyor to cut.
