Y81 Metal Baler Machine

Y81 series of hydraulic metal balers are applicable in steel plants, recycling companies, ferrous & non-ferrous smelting industry to press metal scraps (steel, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, discarded automobiles) into acceptable furnace charges (shapes: cuboid; cylinder or octagon), so as to reduce cost of transportation, to increase speed of furnace charging.

Small hydraulic scrap metal shear baler balling press machine adopts the advanced hydraulic transmission technology, the use of imported oil seal wear, cylinder using the latest domestic high-tech craft processing assembly,thereby ensuring continuous operation does not weaken the processing assembly, thereby ensuring continuous operation does not weaken the pressure tank,durable,smooth operation, computer control, high degree of automation,ow failure rate and easy maintenance.
 

1) Hydraulic drive for all machine types, manual valve control.
2) No footing bolts needed in installation; diesel engine can be equipped for power.
3) Baling force : 125tons; productivity is 800-1500kgs per hour.
